NUEVO VESTÍBULO ACCESIBLE DEL EDIFICIO CANONGE NOGUERA 1 DE GANDIA

In this community lobby, an accessible route must be generated from the public road to the habitats, also renewing the buildings’ elevator. To achieve this, after a detailed study on the structural functionality of the building, the optimal scale tram has been demolished, generating a new scale of access to floor 1. In order to comply with regulations relating to accessibility and habitability, a light scale composed of a very fine size has been opted for. covered with whip for greater comfort of the users. The intervention has been very respectful with a dress that presents a very careful original design, giving value to the metallic elements and a constructive sincerity that is denoted in its own structural system. However, the aesthetic signature has been rethought with illumination designed to view the space in an intimate way. With all this intervention, universal accessibility will be achieved in a residential block that does not allow it to be the habitat of people with reduced mobility.
