installation of two elevators in the La Caracola building on Xeraco Beach

After a long process and impediments by the town hall and the local administration, the apartment building “Caracola” can at last enjoy a universal right: Accessibility.

40 families can enjoy their apartments despite the problems that occurred during the execution of this project. Two energy saving, updated lifts were installed in the communal patio. The lifts themselves (GEN 2 Switch by Otis) are the quietest on the market. This project that was undertaken by Miragall Romaguera was supervised by technical specialists in accessibility and architecture making sure that the installation was up to code and conformed to the law.
