Ca la Ducal, full renovation project of a seafront apartment

Ca la Ducal is a home located by the sea, on Gandía beach. This dwelling, within the La Ducal residential complex, has undergone a complete renovation to provide a new living experience for its inhabitants. In this architectural project, all spaces have been redesigned, with the kitchen integrated into the living area but separated by sliding elements that allow both spaces to be used independently.

The renovation has been very respectful of the architectural character of the building and of its elements from the modernist movement, such as lattice screens and cross-ventilation systems. It has also aimed to preserve and showcase the exposed reinforced concrete structure, bearing the marks left during its original construction.
