Rehabilitation of a solarium and swimming pool: Duplex Altamar, Gandia Beach.

The design of this communal space was conceptualised in order to guarantee accessibility to the swimming pool, creation of new green spaces including shaded areas allowing the lower levels visibility of the sea. A pleasant space has been created with new outdoor furniture and equipment guaranteeing the tightness of the whole area l’estanqueitat de tota la zona respecte al garatge comunitari existent en semisoterrani.
