Complete exterior rehabilitation with a structural intervention, including the metallic structure including abrasive blasting and a waterproofing of the roof and the balconies, refacing of the whole building, the use of acrylic mortar and detailing of the balconies with polymer cement made by the company Ulma. Total renovation of the drainage system and sewer in the basement (clavegueram al subsol). The old banisters were substituted for rust proof steel ones. The front entrance was decorated as well with an updated design and improved accessibility features.
