Integral residential renovation: Avgda. Alacant in Gandia

An apartment located in the centre of Gandia that enjoys spectacular skyline city views.

With this new design we created two different sleep spaces: One adult and the other for children. Allowing for ample spaces that adapt to to their specific needs. Moreover, increasing the comfort of the interior space by insulating the whole house, updating the metalwork and existing installations.

In the interior we designed isolating panels that hid storage spaces containing bicycles, etc; for cupboards and the kids bathroom. This particular versatile texture gives many different uses and integrates well into the design.
