Integral renovation: C/Abat Solà 3 in Gandia.

Wanting a more functional space, we adapt spaces in accordance with new trends and ever changing needs of our clients. Translating a new way of living into the living space, eliminating the architectural barriers and advising a new distribution we were able to separate the two main living areas into a space that could be enjoyed during the day and one that could be enjoyed at night. This created a completely new flow to the space. The newly created day zone allowed for the kitchen and the dining area to be integrated into the interior patio, allowing better ventilation and natural light. All of the installations, distribution and finishes, like the metalwork in the patio, which boasts folding black aluminium… The night zone was conditioned with a new bathroom in the main bedroom, which allowed for greater practicality gave the clients a private oasis separate from the rest of the house.
