Municipal Offices: Plaça del Tirant in Gandia

This project turned a market designed by Juan Navarro Baldeweg into office spaces. This included redesigning the installations, refurbishment, compartmentalising of spaces, lighting, electricity and plumbing leaving air-conditioning and sun protection for a second phase of construction that has now been completed. The project was executed respecting the original plans, creating a unified look for the whole building, continuing the polished cement throughout.
