Complete renovation of an apartment on Legionario Bernabeu Street in Gandia

This project has managed to adapt a large industrial building to house the new BMW dealership in Gandia. In addition to the commercial space where the company's own brand cars, second-hand cars, high-end mopeds and the MINI brand are housed, a large part of the space is used for general mechanical services, vehicle washing and other related services.
From MIRAGALL ROMAGUERA, together with our colleagues from MISURA STUDIO, we have accompanied our clients in the process to obtain the administrative permits to develop the activity with more than 1000m2 for sale and 1,700m2 for a workshop in addition to office space, meeting rooms, vehicle washing...etc. A whole commercial complex for the world of motoring, unique and a reference in the area.
