What was originally an inaccessible entrance with lots of different levels, the elevated area was demolished and the ground floor slab was replaced, reconfiguring the brick staircase to the first floor. Elevator replacement with OTIS GEN2 technology with low noise levels and high energy efficiency. Miragall Romaguera obtained government grants that amounted to more than 27,000 euros to aid the project.
